The aim is to find a common methodolgy among the testing stations which offer the technicians a compromise between easiness and representativeness of the measurements, with reproducible records carried out on real agricultural fields, in standardized soil conditions. The findings of the working group experts will be presented as a paper at the 71st International Conference on Agricultural Engineering LAND TECHNIK AgEng 2013 in Hannover, saturday 9 November 2103. The paper shows the proposal for a dimensionless tyre performance index and a way to standardize the test methodology and the test devices. The aim of the Entam is to involve as many manufacturers as possible in adopting this common methodology in their research and development activity.
